Security Officer

About the role

Sis Security is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Security Officer to protect people, property and assets at its Dungarpur location. You will work closely with supervisors and local authorities to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor premises, control access points and conduct regular patrols.
• Check identification, oversee entry and exit, and report any suspicious activity.
• Document incidents, maintain accurate logs and coordinate with supervisors or authorities when required.
• Respond to alarms or emergencies, provide calm guidance to staff and visitors, and ensure security policies are followed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of security practices on site.

Required profile

• Ability to perform regular patrols and manage access control.
• Strong observation, situational awareness and the capacity to identify potential risks.
• Effective verbal and written communication for interacting with staff, visitors and authorities.
• Physical fitness for standing, walking and rapid response during extended shifts.
• Reliability, integrity and willingness to work evenings, nights, weekends or holidays.
• Secondary school education; formal security training or certification is preferred but not mandatory.
