Security Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Security Manager to lead the security aspects of our ADAS (Radar, Video) embedded software projects. The role requires deep expertise in secure software development and automotive security controls, working within a high‑performance engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and enforce security requirements throughout the embedded software lifecycle.
• Implement and validate secure boot, secure storage, and secure diagnostics mechanisms.
• Apply the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) and ensure compliance with ASPICE standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Jira and Confluence to track security tasks and issues.
• Integrate and manage Hardware Security Modules (HSM) for cryptographic operations.

Required profile

• 12 to 14 years of experience in embedded software development, preferably in the automotive domain.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cryptographic principles and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
