About the role

The Analyst – DTC Recruiting and Onboarding will provide end‑to‑end functional support for the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) module. You will act as a functional consultant, translating business requirements into scalable system solutions while ensuring smooth operation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day support for SAP SuccessFactors RCM, managing incidents, service requests and defects.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Perform fit‑gap analysis, configure the system, and support testing and defect resolution.
• Drive adoption, continuous improvement and alignment with HR best practices.
• Use Jira and Confluence for planning, tracking and documentation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in HR systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience in 1–2 full lifecycle implementations and BAU support.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with global stakeholders.
