About the role
The Analyst – DTC Recruiting and Onboarding will provide end‑to‑end functional support for the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) module. You will act as a functional consultant, translating business requirements into scalable system solutions while ensuring smooth operation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day support for SAP SuccessFactors RCM, managing incidents, service requests and defects.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
- Perform fit‑gap analysis, configure the system, and support testing and defect resolution.
- Drive adoption, continuous improvement and alignment with HR best practices.
- Use Jira and Confluence for planning, tracking and documentation.
Required profile
- 7+ years of experience in HR systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven experience in 1–2 full lifecycle implementations and BAU support.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with global stakeholders.
