Global Payroll Analyst

About the role

3M is seeking a Global Payroll Analyst to join its hybrid team in Bangalore. You will work with innovative colleagues worldwide to ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and support the continuous improvement of payroll integration systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage PICOF and PECI integrations, monitor logs, and ensure accurate data flow for global payroll production.
• Maintain payroll interfaces for remote stipends, Everyday Wins, and cash recognition programs.
• Analyze integration data, identify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and resolve them to maintain payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Support system enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with global payroll vendors, IT, and HR Operations to address integration needs and support end‑to‑end payroll processes.
• Provide clear, timely updates to internal and external stakeholders on issues and solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by streamlining integrations and enhancing operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Payroll, Human Resources, or Finance.
• 6–8 years of experience with payroll software and payroll integration.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
