About the role
TriNet is seeking a Customer Support Services Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries across payroll, benefits, and human resources topics. You will work in a contact‑center environment, delivering fast, accurate assistance through phone, email, chat, and service cases.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to TriNet clients and their employees on payroll, benefits, and HR questions.
- Resolve inquiries via phone, email, chat, and service cases, ensuring proper triage and escalation when needed.
- Document every interaction in the Salesforce CRM system.
- Manage open cases to timely resolution while keeping customers informed of status and expected timelines.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and retention.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills with a focus on first‑contact resolution.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, multi‑channel support environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
Required skills
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
