About the role
Join GSK as a Sales Representative in Hyderabad, driving product performance through strategic engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs). You will execute sales plans, build strong relationships with key opinion leaders, and contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver ambitious sales targets and drive business performance in the assigned territory.
- Execute unique HCP engagement initiatives to build product advocacy and incremental sales growth.
- Conduct effective sales calls using the Patient Focused Selling Model to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain and exceed all sales lead KPIs.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs to drive brand advocacy.
- Identify each HCP’s customer‑journey stage and set specific call objectives.
- Use data and insights to spot industry trends, sales opportunities, and conduct customer segmentation.
- Elevate customer experience through exceptional omnichannel implementation.
- Provide added value to customers and address product and competitor queries with deep disease‑area knowledge.
- Monitor competitor activities and develop action plans to increase market share.
Required profile
- Pharm‑D or Medical Science graduate.
- 1‑2 years of proven pharma sales experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop ties with KOLs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the pharma industry and key therapy‑area players.
- Understanding of disease states and patient journey.
