Business Relations Associate

About the role

Keystone Robotix is seeking a Business Relations Associate to champion its innovative food‑technology solutions. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and its customers, partners and event audiences, ensuring a seamless experience that showcases the brand’s AI‑driven kitchen products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product presentations and live demonstrations to customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Respond to product‑related inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Represent Keystone Robotix at trade shows, conferences, exhibitions and business meetings.
• Build and nurture positive relationships with clients and external partners.
• Coordinate with the CEO/Management on customer interactions and event logistics.
• Provide internal teams with event updates, customer feedback and market insights.
• Support brand visibility initiatives and business engagement activities.
• Follow up with prospective clients, maintain communication records and assist in planning promotional events.
