About the role
The Sales Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to boost sales and revenue for Heritage Group of Hospitality in Bhuj. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and aligning brand messaging across all channels.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies.
- Drive B2C and B2B campaigns to generate leads and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality sector.
- Manage the sales team’s performance and set targets.
- Oversee budget allocation and monitor ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure consistent branding.
- Analyse market trends and data to inform growth strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales strategy, client relationship management and business development.
- Strong background in digital marketing, market analysis and campaign management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work on‑site and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Hospitality industry experience is highly desirable.
