Sales Executive – Apple Retail (Bhopal)

About the role

The Sales Executive will work on‑site at iVENUS’s Apple retail store in Bhopal, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend Apple products, services, and accessories. This full‑time position focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction through post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, demonstrate product features, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Handle inquiries, billing, documentation, and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and store presentation.
• Collaborate with the store team to deliver consistent service standards.
• Stay updated on Apple product launches, promotions, and store policies.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Sales and negotiation experience, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication in English and local languages.
• Basic technical understanding of Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, accessories).
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple customers.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced retail environment, including weekends.
• Minimum education: high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
