About the role
The St. Regis Goa Resort is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead its dining venues, including restaurants, bars, and room service. You will ensure seamless daily operations, uphold high sanitation standards, and drive both guest satisfaction and financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise day‑to‑day restaurant, bar/lounge, and room‑service activities.
- Assist with menu planning and maintain food‑service quality.
- Monitor and enforce sanitation and food‑handling standards.
- Support servers and hosts during peak periods.
- Review staffing levels to meet service, operational, and financial goals.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and all relevant regulations.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 2 years of experience.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong focus on guest experience and financial results.
