Remote Telecaller (Married)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Telecaller to join our team. The role involves engaging with existing and prospective customers over the phone to promote products, generate leads, and provide support, all from the comfort of your home.

Key responsibilities

• Outbound calling to potential customers using provided databases or leads.
• Inbound support: answer queries, resolve complaints, and share accurate product information.
• Lead nurturing: follow up with interested prospects to convert them into sales or schedule appointments for senior sales staff.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs such as call volume and sales closures.
• Adapt predefined scripts while handling objections and tailoring communication style.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 10+2 (High School) or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, or regional dialects.
• Strong negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Patience, resilience to rejection, and a customer‑first attitude.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
