French Interpreter – Remote (Work From Home)

About the role

We are seeking fluent French interpreters to join our remote team, providing live interpretation for US‑based helpline calls. Working from home, you will bridge English and French (or Italian) conversations, ensuring clear, culturally‑appropriate communication for international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret inbound calls in real time between English and French (or Italian).
• Deliver accurate and complete messages while maintaining call flow.
• Handle sensitive or emergency situations calmly and professionaly.
• Adhere to client guidelines and maintain neutrality throughout calls.
• Ensure punctuality and availability during assigned rotational shifts, including nights.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Native or fluent proficiency in English and French (or Italian).
• Strong grasp of cultural nuances and idiomatic expressions.
• Excellent listening, note‑taking and communication abilities.
• Ability to stay calm, neutral and professional during calls.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
