Rehabilitation Nurse

About the role

Samarpan is seeking a compassionate Rehabilitation Nurse to join its residential treatment team. You will provide high‑quality nursing care to patients undergoing medical detox and rehabilitation, working closely with psychiatrists, physicians, and therapists to support recovery journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medications, treatments, and clinical procedures in detox and residential programs.
• Conduct patient assessments, screenings, and admission processes.
• Monitor patient progress, maintain accurate clinical records, and ensure infection‑control and safety standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, therapists, and physicians.
• Manage detox admissions, testing, and medication inventory.
• Liaise with hospitals, laboratories, and external healthcare professionals.
• Provide health education and support patient engagement.

Required profile

• BSc Nursing or GNM qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatry or addiction recovery.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a patient‑centered approach.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
