Regional Training Manager (Kolhapur)

About the role

The Regional Training Manager will lead the learning and development initiatives for Relationship Officers in the Kolhapur region. The role focuses on enhancing job knowledge, recruitment capabilities, and selling skills through structured training programs and periodic interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular training sessions and perform training needs analysis to identify cost‑effective solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Regional Managers to design tailored training plans and prioritize individual development plans.
• Ensure all training materials, documents, and manuals adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
• Develop and maintain an ongoing training programme, including learning resources and tools, to improve performance and optimise team potential.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to standardise learning approaches, identify regional training needs, and promote financial‑domain expertise.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivering training or learning‑and‑development programs, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong ability to analyse training needs and translate them into actionable learning solutions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with HR, sales, and regional leadership.
• Familiarity with financial products and sales processes is preferred.
