Recruiter – Jaipur (Multiple Levels & Internship)

About the role

We are expanding our talent acquisition team in Jaipur and are looking for enthusiastic recruiters and vendor‑management professionals. The positions cover domestic, UAE, USA/UK hiring mandates as well as an internship for fresh technical graduates.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and coordinate candidates for IT and contractual roles using platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri and Ceipal.
• Manage vendor relationships, onboard new vendors and handle contractual hiring across multiple technical domains.
• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for domestic, UAE, USA and UK hiring streams.
• Support senior recruiters and contribute to fast‑paced growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of experience for recruiter manager roles, 1–3 years for recruiter executive, 2–5 years for vendor‑management positions.
• Immediate availability or able to join within 10‑15 days.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
