Recruiter – Senior Level Talent Acquisition

About the role

unHR is seeking an on‑site Recruiter in Jaipur to lead end‑to‑end hiring for senior‑level positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to source, screen, and shortlist top talent, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Handle hiring for senior roles such as executives, directors, and managers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, skills, and cultural fit.
• Utilise job boards, social media, headhunting, and employee referrals to source candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates across multiple domains.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and candidate availability to hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment databases and support new‑hire onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting senior‑level positions across various domains.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Capability to work under pressure and negotiate offers effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
