About the role
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, guests, students, and trainees at Gen24 Flybiz's Avion Flight Training Centre in Mumbai. You will manage front‑desk operations, provide courteous customer service, and support the smooth daily administration of the training facility.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, guests, and students in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about services, schedules, programs, and facilities.
- Maintain a clean, organised front‑desk area and keep visitor logs.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; handle email and in‑person inquiries promptly.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and training sessions; manage front‑office records and documentation.
- Coordinate with the Director’s Office, HR, Operations, and Guest Relations for conference rooms, classrooms, and briefing rooms.
- Assist with mail, courier services, and basic troubleshooting of common queries.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline; diploma in Hospitality, Aviation Management, Front Office Operations or related field is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in front‑office or customer‑service roles, preferably in airline, hospitality or academic settings.
- Professional grooming, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with front‑desk or CRM software (optional).
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
