About the role
We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused Front Office Executive to manage our reception and front‑desk operations. The role ensures a smooth experience for employees, visitors, and partners by handling calls, visitor management, travel support, and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome clients, employees, visitors, and vendors courteously.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, issue stationery, and support office events, training sessions, and seminars.
- Maintain visitor logs, gate passes, reception registers, and First Aid kit records.
- Coordinate meeting‑room bookings, meeting arrangements, and office‑supply inventory.
- Receive, track, and distribute couriers and official documents.
- Arrange cab bookings, liaise with travel desk, and keep travel records.
- Collaborate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and maintenance for office support.
- Assist with employee onboarding, joiner kits, ID cards, and exit formalities in partnership with HR.
- Track vendor agreements, verify invoices, process PR/PO requests, and monitor monthly vendor budgets.
- Ensure reception area cleanliness and uphold overall office presentation standards.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2‑5 years of experience in front‑office, reception, administration, or facilities coordination.
- Prior experience in corporate office administration is preferred.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Basic working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and manage front‑desk operations in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
