Project Manager – Spanish Speaking (India)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Project Manager who is fluent in Spanish and English to lead full‑service, sample‑only, ad‑hoc and tracking projects for our clients in India. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and coordinate new and ongoing projects, defining timelines and client expectations.
• Communicate project requirements clearly with internal departments such as sample fulfillment, bid consulting, and sales.
• Coordinate with external vendors and publishers to guarantee timely delivery.
• Confirm costs, manage invoicing, and monitor project budgets.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with assigned sales teams and perform customer‑relationship management.
• Participate in training for future leadership responsibilities.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in any discipline.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving, negotiation and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑energy, entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts as required.
