Project Manager – French Speaking (India)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Project Manager who is fluent in French and English to lead full‑service, sample‑only and ad‑hoc projects for our clients in India. The role involves coordinating internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and coordinate new and ongoing projects across Noida and Hyderabad.
• Define client expectations, delivery timelines and communicate requirements to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sample fulfillment, bid consulting, sales, vendors and publishers to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project budgets, confirm costs and manage invoicing.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation plans.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support the sales team.
• Perform customer relationship management and teamwork activities.
• Participate in training for leadership development.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in any discipline.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities and night‑shift schedules.
• Self‑directed, organized and able to thrive in a high‑energy, entrepreneurial setting.
