Product Management Specialist – Insights & Analytics

About the role

Mastercard Data & Services is looking for a Specialist in Product Management to help shape and deliver Business Intelligence products that empower clients to make data‑driven decisions. You will work within the Insights & Analytics team, collaborating with regional and global customers across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve analytics strategies and programs for regional and global clients.
• Provide creative input on projects across diverse industry verticals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs, agendas, and risks.
• Build trusted relationships with client analysts and managers.
• Translate customer insights into product solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Coordinate product direction across teams to ensure cohesive offerings.
• Design, upgrade, and deliver scalable Business Intelligence products.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and synthesize findings.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to enhance product usage and resolve challenges.
• Support product strategy, including distribution of reporting products through platforms.
• Partner with the Global Product Management team to prioritize development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management or product specialist roles within analytics or Business Intelligence.
• Strong ability to work independently and synthesize complex data insights.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Understanding of regional market needs and the ability to balance trade‑offs across customer segments.
