Process Mining Solutions Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Process Mining Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of Celonis‑based process mining solutions for our customers in Bengaluru. The role combines deep technical expertise with business consulting to turn data into actionable insights and automated processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Celonis process mining solutions and ensure high service quality.
• Transform customer data using SQL to build process‑analysis data models.
• Design and develop analytical apps, enriching them with machine‑learning algorithms or low‑code automation.
• Analyse data to identify inefficiencies, determine root causes and propose improvement approaches.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and support value‑creation workshops.
• Consult customers on long‑term value creation and guide them through the success journey.
• Collaborate in an agile, multinational team with flat hierarchy.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience with at least 2‑3 years in data engineering, data science or data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information‑oriented Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable field.
• Strong analytical and storytelling abilities combined with business consulting experience.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) and solid understanding of activity‑based costing.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
