About the role
Mi Cocina is an artisanal Mexican restaurant launching in Baner, Pune, and we are assembling a pre‑opening team to bring the vibrant flavours and spirit of Mexico to the city. This is a unique opportunity to help shape a brand‑new restaurant from the ground up and grow alongside the concept. We are looking for passionate individuals to fill positions including Commi Chef, Demi Chef de Partie, Chef de Partie, Steward, Captain and Assistant Restaurant Manager.
