PMO Coordinator – Immediate Joiner

About the role

The PMO Coordinator will operate within the WM IS ADM Office / DD & D Domain, supporting senior stakeholders across budgeting, reporting and dashboard initiatives. The role requires immediate availability and a strong focus on data accuracy, financial oversight and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the WMIS PMO strategy, ensuring delivery of services and key deliverables.
• Manage end‑to‑end budgeting activities, including allocation tracking and capacity planning.
• Assist domain and division heads with budget forecasts and annual planning exercises.
• Gather data from multiple stakeholders, build base structures for dashboards, and prepare management presentations.
• Produce regular status reports, dashboards and analytical insights to meet management needs.
• Collaborate with division heads and project managers to monitor project costs and ensure financial discipline.
• Mentor and train project managers on WMIS governance, reporting, risk management and budgeting processes.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of PMO or project management experience in the banking sector.
• Proven expertise in project and team budgeting, resource and capacity planning.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with senior managers.
• Detail‑oriented mindset, capable of delivering error‑free reports under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (advanced proficiency).
• Project management tools such as Clarity.
• Jira, Confluence and SharePoint.
• Data manipulation using VBA/Macros.
• Power BI (intermediate level) and general Business Intelligence concepts.
