Physical Security Manager – India

About the role

Netflix is looking for an experienced Physical Security Manager to lead all physical security operations for its offices in India. Based in Mumbai, you will report to the APAC Enterprise Security Leader in Singapore and work closely with cross‑functional partners to protect people, assets and information.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive physical security program for Netflix India, including risk assessment, facility design and security standards.
• Manage access‑control systems, coverage requirements, training and post orders across all sites.
• Lead budget, vendor and quality‑control activities for security projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate crisis and incident management, communications and response for country‑specific events.
• Support global Enterprise Security roll‑outs, ensuring alignment with local regulations and political landscape.
• Collaborate with Content Risk Management, Legal, Communications, Workplace and the GSOC to address security needs for events and publicity.
• Leverage geopolitical intelligence to enhance workplace safety and employee resilience.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in corporate physical security within a multinational environment.
• Deep understanding of India’s political and regulatory landscape affecting security operations.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, high‑performance culture.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse business functions.
