Head of Business Security

About the role

The Head of Business Security will lead Castrol India's security risk management function, providing expert advice and ensuring that security arrangements across manufacturing plants, offices and other sites meet Castrol standards. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role sits on the Country Security Leadership Team and serves as the primary security liaison for business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain an end‑to‑end security framework for all Castrol sites in India.
• Provide enterprise‑level security oversight and act as the single point of accountability for security matters.
• Advise senior leadership on security risks, aligning security strategies with business priorities.
• Lead security projects with regional or global scope and coordinate cross‑functional security initiatives.
• Monitor, assess and mitigate security threats, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in security risk management or corporate security.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and decision‑making abilities in high‑stakes environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively across diverse business functions.
