Performance Marketing Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst with 3‑5 years of experience to own and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with sales, content, and product teams to drive high‑quality leads for fintech and e‑learning verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage campaigns on Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Meta (Feed, Reels, Lead Ads) and LinkedIn (Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Lead Gen Forms).
• Conduct keyword research, audience layering, bid logic and budget pacing for each vertical.
• Monitor and adjust monthly budgets, CPL targets and bid strategies to maximise ROI.
• Write ad copy and brief creative teams on formats, hooks and CTAs.
• Test creative variations with documented hypotheses.
• Review landing pages, ensure proper UTM tagging, and coordinate with web teams for accurate conversion tracking.
• Maintain GA4, GTM, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel and CRM reporting, and build weekly performance dashboards.
• Align paid media with ABM initiatives, content releases and product announcements.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in performance/paid media marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑platform campaigns and meet CPL or cost‑per‑qualified‑lead targets.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience linking campaign data to CRM outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with sales, content and product teams.
