Paid Marketing Internship for Talented Youth

About the role

The paid one‑year marketing internship is aimed at young talent who want to develop their skills within a leading sports and fashion brand. Interns will work directly with New Balance’s marketing team in Spain, gaining a comprehensive view of daily operations in a key multinational department.

Key responsibilities

• Support the marketing team in handling orders for events, agencies and promoters.
• Perform administrative tasks and assist with budget monitoring.
• Monitor logistical incidents and manage corporate document uploads.
• Track the marketing budget and collect point‑of‑sale and visual‑merchandising actions.
• Coordinate brand, retail and event actions, and maintain the product image bank.
• Assist in organizing travel for the marketing team.

Required profile

• Under 31 years old and eligible for the FEUGA scholarship.
• Holder of a medium or higher vocational qualification, completed within the last three years.
• No prior professional experience required.
• Good level of English and strong organisational, initiative and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in fashion and sport, with a creative, problem‑solving and communicative mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
