Social Media Executive – Influencer & Instagram Focus

About the role

Bluecrest Ventures is looking for a Social Media Executive to support its fast‑growing e‑commerce and lifestyle brands. You will work on Instagram‑focused content, influencer collaborations, and day‑to‑day social media operations, gaining hands‑on experience in digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate collaborations with influencers and manage content creation.
• Maintain communication and follow‑ups with creators.
• Liaise with editing and content teams to review raw and edited video assets.
• Assist in planning reels, generating script ideas, and executing content.
• Schedule posts, track content performance, and ensure timely publishing.
• Monitor social media trends and viral‑style formats to keep brand feeds fresh.

Required profile

• Strong interest in social media, influencers, and digital content.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of Instagram Reels and content formats.

Required skills

• Video editing (basic knowledge is a plus).
