Order Management Analyst – Walk‑in Interview (Noida)

About the role

HCLTech is seeking an Order Management Analyst to join its Noida operations. The position involves handling quotations, contracts and order processing for telecom and networking customers. Candidates will work directly with internal sales, vendors and customers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Review quoting and contracting data from the internal sales team.
• Negotiate rates with vendors and customers, proposing alternative rate cards.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for the quotation process and support BAU activities.
• Create install, move/add/alter, and amendment quotes for existing and new customers.
• Utilize the Workflow Management tool to process assigned cases and tasks.
• Enter quote/contract/order data into systems such as Current Platform, Proposal Manager, and Premisys.
• Interface with sales and customers to secure pricing and order approvals.
• Progress cases through quoting, contracting and order submission while meeting SLAs.
• Collect ordering data from customers and key orders into designated systems.

Required profile

• BS/BE/B.Tech degree.
• 2–8 years of experience with voice and data networks and customer service.
• Strong English proficiency and business‑level fluency in the local language.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with high attention to detail.
