Jr Customer Service Executive – Provisioning & Configuration

About the role

The Junior Customer Service Executive will support the provisioning and configuration of telecom services for international customers. You will work closely with delivery teams to ensure installations meet service level agreements and that customers are kept informed throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver services for international customers, managing OLO delivery.
• Ensure all installation activities are completed on time to meet agreed SLA targets.
• Maintain regular customer communications and keep customers informed (KCI).
• Verify customer‑end service readiness before handover.
• Manage end‑to‑end order flow to guarantee smooth delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and secure field resources for priority orders, following escalation procedures.
• Produce clear verbal and written communications with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 0‑1 years of experience in the Telecom/ISP domain.
• Basic understanding of telecom standards and protocols.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong coordination abilities and logical problem‑solving.
• Team player with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ownership and responsiveness toward assigned tasks.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
