Order Management Analyst – Telecom (Walk‑In Interview)

About the role

HCLTech is seeking a Telecom Order Management Analyst to handle end‑to‑end order processing for Ethernet, PIP, and dedicated internet circuits. The position is based in Bangalore and requires on‑site presence, with a walk‑in interview scheduled for 19‑20 May 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of telecom orders, from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate closely with provisioning, LEC/PTT, and basic provisioning teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track order milestones, handle fallouts, and drive escalations when needed.
• Maintain strong communication with customers, adhering to SLAs and delivery commitments.

Required profile

• 1‑4 years of hands‑on experience in Telecom Order Management.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, operations‑driven environment.
• Excellent stakeholder and customer‑facing skills.
