Ops Specialist – Letter of Offer Return

About the role

The Letter of Offer Return Specialist supports Institutional and Commercial Lending customers by validating, processing and setting up lending facilities. Working closely with Relationship Managers, Credit teams and product partners, the role ensures accurate handling of returned Letters of Offer across core banking platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Review returned Letters of Offer and verify completeness of documentation.
• Validate facility setup requirements and enter data into systems such as Loan IQ, Orion and other banking applications.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, coordinating with Front Office, Credit, Risk and Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with operational risk and control standards.
• Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives and automation projects.

Required profile

• Experience in lending, banking operations or loan administration.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Understanding of operational risk, control management and documentation requirements.
