Operating CEO

About the role

Miror is seeking an Operating CEO to lead day‑to‑day operations of its fast‑growing FemTech platform. Reporting to the Founder & Chairperson, you will be responsible for executing the company’s growth strategy across technology, nutraceuticals, services, and community pillars.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full P&L, operating plan and quarterly execution for all business lines.
• Drive capital‑efficient growth while maintaining a bootstrapped, revenue‑generating model.
• Set and monitor budgets, unit economics and KPIs across tech, nutraceuticals, services and community.
• Partner with the CTPO to evolve the Miror app, digital platform, AI and care‑delivery infrastructure.
• Lead the end‑to‑end supplements business, including product portfolio, R&D, formulation partners, manufacturing, supply chain and D2C commerce.
• Scale the community and service offerings, ensuring high‑impact engagement for women in midlife.

Required profile

• Proven experience running a multi‑product, revenue‑driven business.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of sustainable growth.
• Ability to operate in a mission‑driven environment that blends purpose, performance and empathy.
• Leadership skills to manage cross‑functional teams and external partnerships.
