Business Development Representative – US Market (India)

About the role
Locad is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth of its US client base. You will act as the bridge between US e‑commerce brands and Locad’s end‑to‑end logistics platform, helping companies expand into Southeast Asia and Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in Locad’s fulfillment and logistics solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify US brands with expansion potential into SEA+AU.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities targeting US decision‑makers.
- Design and execute data‑driven outbound sales strategies to meet pipeline and revenue targets.
- Prospect via email, phone, and LinkedIn and generate qualified opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot and provide regular pipeline reports.
- Stay current on US sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN) and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with internal solutions, operations, and marketing teams to craft proposals and onboarding experiences.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation.
- Proven track record in business development, preferably in logistics or e‑commerce.
- Strong communication skills with senior executives (VP/C‑suite).
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
