About the role
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Office Support Executive to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations across our offices in the National Capital Region. The role involves coordinating internal teams, handling documents, managing vendor relations, and supporting office upkeep.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in daily office operations to maintain a functional workplace.
- Provide photocopying, printing, scanning, binding, and document movement support.
- Handle filing, courier dispatches, and collection of important documents and packages.
- Manage pantry and office supply replenishment coordination.
- Set up meeting rooms and ensure readiness for internal and external meetings.
- Visit banks, government offices, vendor locations, courier offices, and client offices for errands such as cheque deposits, document submissions, and collections.
- Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and office‑related requirements.
- Assist in event logistics and office maintenance, including cleanliness and basic upkeep.
- Support visitors, guests, and employees with hospitality and operational requests.
Required profile
- Disciplined, proactive, and well‑mannered.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced professional environment.
- Reliable and energetic with a strong sense of responsibility.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office equipment (photocopier, printer, scanner, binding machines).
- Document handling and filing.
