About the role
We are looking for a motivated Office Assistant / Receptionist to join our team in Kohima. The role involves managing front‑desk activities, supporting administrative tasks and assisting visitors and callers with professionalism. You will be the first point of contact for students, staff and external partners, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, answer and route telephone calls.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a tidy, welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels and courier services.
- Assist with basic office administration such as filing, data entry and document preparation.
- Provide information and guidance related to the NPSC course and its examination patterns.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Female candidates only.
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience in a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a courteous phone manner.
