Nursing Professional – Patient Care & Medical Coding (Chennai)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate nursing professional to join our healthcare team in Chennai. The position is full‑time and ideal for recent graduates or nurses with up to one year of experience, focusing on direct patient care and supporting medical coding activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bedside care, monitor vital signs and assist patients with daily activities.
• Communicate treatment plans and progress with doctors, patients and families.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Administer prescribed medications, observe for side effects and follow safety protocols.
• Respond to emergencies, including CPR and first‑aid procedures, as required.

Required profile

• Graduated with BSc Nursing, MSc Nursing, GNM or DGNM.
• Up to one year of clinical experience or recent graduate status.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professionalism, empathy and a willingness to learn.
