About the role

Apollo Hospitals is seeking a dedicated Nurse Assistant to support patient care in a hospital setting. The role involves assisting with clinical tasks, maintaining records, and providing education to patients and families.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history and symptoms of patients.
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patient health status and report changes.
• Provide bedside care and operate medical equipment safely.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure equipment readiness.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and recovery.

Required profile

• Graduate in GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing, or MSc Nursing.
• First division marks in 10th and 12th examinations.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with initiative and moral support for patients.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
