Nurse Assistant – 3 months to 5 years experience

About the role

The Nurse Assistant will support patient care within Apollo Hospitals, assisting with clinical tasks, monitoring health status, and ensuring accurate documentation. This position is suitable for candidates with a nursing qualification and up to five years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Record medical history, symptoms and maintain patient records.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Perform point‑of‑care tests and conduct nursing assessments.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and overall health condition.
• Provide bedside care, education and support to patients and families.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and operate relevant equipment.

Required profile

• Graduate with GNM Nursing, BSc Nursing or MSc Nursing.
• Academic excellence: 1st division in 10th, 12th and nursing degree.
• 3 months to 5 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Computer literacy.
