General Practitioner and Medical Officer (Part Time)

About the role

Health Bloom is seeking a qualified General Practitioner to join our multi‑specialty practice on a part‑time basis. You will provide comprehensive primary‑care services to a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting, working closely with a collaborative team of clinicians.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine examinations, screenings, mental‑health checks, and chronic‑illness assessments.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.
• Prescribe medications, administer oral, topical, IV, and IM injections, and perform basic procedures.
• Collect and send fluid or tissue samples for laboratory analysis.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and supervise paramedical staff.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives and continue professional development.

Required profile

• MBBS degree with at least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Ability to work morning shifts (approximately 3–3.5 hours, 9:00 am–12:30 pm).
• Strong commitment to patient‑centered care and continuous learning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Competence in IV and IM injection administration.
• Basic diagnostic testing and sample collection.
