New Product Development Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a New Product Development Engineer to lead the design and enhancement of architectural products, specifically aluminium façade systems. The role involves turning market needs into innovative, high‑quality solutions while ensuring manufacturability and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, design and develop new aluminium façade products.
• Improve existing product lines through engineering analysis and redesign.
• Customise products to meet specific client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including manufacturing, marketing and sales.
• Prepare technical documentation and specifications for production.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or an MBA with a marketing focus.
• Proven track record of delivering new products or product improvements.
