Engineer – New Product Development

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Engineer to lead new product development for our architectural product line, focusing on aluminium façade systems. The role is based in Bangalore and offers the chance to shape innovative solutions for the construction industry.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop new aluminium façade products from concept to launch.
• Identify and implement product improvements and customisation options.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including design, manufacturing and marketing.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Manage product lifecycle documentation and technical specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or an MBA with a marketing focus.
• Proven track record of designing new products and driving product enhancements.
