New Product Development Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Engineer specialized in New Product Development to join our team in Bangalore. The role focuses on creating and enhancing architectural products, particularly aluminium façade systems, driving innovation from concept through to market launch.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new aluminium façade products, ensuring compliance with architectural standards.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements and customization based on client feedback and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing and marketing, to translate concepts into manufacturable solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications and prototypes for testing and validation.
• Support the launch of new products by coordinating with production and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural products or aluminium façade systems.
• Proven track record in designing new products, implementing improvements and delivering customized solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; an MBA in Marketing is also acceptable.
