Material Handler / Loader-Packer for Warehouse

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Material Handler / Loader‑Packer to efficiently load and unload goods, pack products, and maintain inventory in our warehouse environment.

Key responsibilities

• Efficiently and safely load finished goods onto outbound trucks and unload raw materials or incoming stock from delivery vehicles.
• Pack, wrap, crate, and secure products into boxes or onto pallets according to company standards to prevent damage during transit.
• Verify incoming shipments against packing slips, bills of lading, or purchase orders, report any damages or discrepancies, and ensure accurate inventory receiving.
• Move, sort, and stack materials in designated storage areas or shelves using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts to maintain organized stock.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free work area while strictly following safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and PPE requirements.

Required profile

• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and regularly lift heavy loads throughout an 8‑hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail for precise counting, reading shipping labels, and ensuring products are securely packed.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with drivers, supervisors, and other warehouse team members.

Required skills

• Operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
