Manager/Lead - HRO Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Manager/Lead – HRO Trainer to design, deliver, and oversee training programs that strengthen our HR Operations, Global HR projects, and transition initiatives. The role partners closely with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure training aligns with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive training curricula for HR Operations, Global HR Projects, and Transition Management.
• Conduct training needs assessments, develop customized solutions, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Coordinate logistics, facilitation, and post‑training follow‑up for multiple concurrent programs.
• Maintain relationships with external training vendors and ensure quality delivery.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR learning and development.

Required profile

• 5‑14 years of experience in HR training and development, with a focus on Global HR, HR Operations, and transition management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering training for HR professionals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent project‑management skills with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
