Full Lifecycle Recruiter – International Emerging Markets

About the role

Amazon’s International Emerging Markets recruiting team is seeking a Full Lifecycle Recruiter to lead sourcing, selection and hiring for corporate roles across the region. You will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to deliver high‑quality talent while driving process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for a variety of corporate positions.
• Identify and recommend recruitment process improvements and metrics.
• Manage end‑to‑end searches, set benchmarks, and prioritize hiring timelines.
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR partners.
• Generate candidate pipelines, conduct screenings, and present qualified slates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Compensation, HR Systems, and Programs.
• Design closing strategies that focus on fit and motivation for passive candidates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of corporate or search‑firm recruiting experience, including full‑life‑cycle recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches, set metrics and prioritize effectively.
