Manager – Tax Technology Consulting (SAP FICO/SD/MM)

About the role

Deloitte Tax India is seeking a Manager to lead tax technology consulting engagements focused on SAP FICO, SD and MM integration. The role combines hands‑on technical work with project leadership across major Indian cities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with senior client decision‑makers and lead business development initiatives.
• Manage day‑to‑day client interactions, ensuring executive sponsorship and satisfaction.
• Plan, budget, and execute engagements, mobilising teams and delivering high‑quality work on time.
• Create and share thought leadership, methodology, and industry‑focused publications.
• Coach and mentor staff, participate in recruitment and retention activities.

Required profile

• Manager or Senior Manager level with strong project management capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for technology and tax consulting.
• Experience delivering SAP FICO/SD/MM integration projects for direct or indirect tax.
• Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and influence senior client stakeholders.
