Maintenance Head – Plant Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Head to lead preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance for our plant machinery and utilities in Udaipur. The role ensures high equipment availability, minimizes downtime and upholds safety and quality standards across the manufacturing facility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programmes according to schedule.
• Respond to breakdowns, perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Carry out daily maintenance tasks for plant machinery, utilities and related equipment.
• Maintain smooth operation and availability of all plant facilities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for maintenance activities.
• Monitor critical spare parts inventory and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and plant maintenance procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.
• Prepare and present maintenance performance reports and related data.

Required profile

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–7 years of experience in maintenance within manufacturing or automobile sectors.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities with good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment and collaborate effectively with teams.
