Maintenance Head – Plant Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Head to lead preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities for plant machinery and utilities. The role ensures smooth plant operations, minimizes downtime, and upholds safety and maintenance standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute scheduled preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Handle breakdown maintenance and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Perform daily maintenance of plant machinery and utilities.
• Ensure continuous availability of plant facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Monitor critical spare parts inventory and maintain maintenance records.
• Guarantee compliance with safety standards and plant procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance department.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports and performance data.

Required profile

• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4–7 years of experience in manufacturing or automobile industry.
• Strong technical and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with teams.
